Evidence in preparationProject summary
Order and delivery operations improvement, ZamStores
As described in my portfolio: fewer operational delays, less manual workload and support load, and prevention of lost deliveries.
Automating notifications, stock updates and delivery coordination showed me that process improvements are only real when the team actually uses them day to day. Evaluating a technology outcome means looking at how work changes for people, not only at what the system can do.
Data accuracy and administrative efficiency, Izzy Client Track
As described in my portfolio: improved data accuracy for audits and funding reports, and a fuller view of each family’s history for caseworkers.
Removing double data entry showed how much administrative effort disconnected systems can create. It taught me to judge a system’s success by whether reports become more reliable and whether staff can use the information in their daily work.
