AI Won't Fix a Rude Reply
A chatbot can answer your customers in three seconds. It cannot make a rude answer kind.
This is the mistake I see most with customer-facing AI: businesses automate the reply without fixing the message. The bot responds instantly — with the same cold, confusing wording the old email template had. Now customers are annoyed faster. Don't automate chaos applies to tone as much as process.
Before any AI touches your customers, read what you're currently sending them. Read the auto-replies, the follow-up emails, the "your ticket has been received" messages. Would you be happy to receive them? If not, rewrite them first — in a human voice, with actual warmth. Then let the AI deliver the good version at speed.
Speed amplifies whatever it carries. Make sure it's carrying something worth delivering.
Get the words right with a human heart first. Then automate the delivery.
