Priscillar McMillan

Priscillar McMillan helps organizations use AI without breaking the rules.

She has spent the past 12 years building systems and connecting people and processes — in business classrooms in higher education, with high school students in the early years of her career, and in boardrooms with global organizations. Along the way, she has trained over 5,000 professionals in ecosystem building and pioneered e-commerce in Southern Africa.

In the past year, she has worked hands-on with small and medium-sized businesses installing business systems. What she keeps seeing: small business owners struggling with compliance — while being asked to learn how to fly the plane while they’re already in the air. That plane is AI.

She is a teacher at heart. Now she builds guardrails around AI.

Priscillar is a doctoral student in Information Technology in Education at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she also teaches business. On this blog, she writes about AI and business compliance in plain English, three times a week.

Don’t automate chaos.

I explain frameworks; I don't give legal counsel.
