AI Literacy Is Now a Legal Requirement

Providers and deployers must make sure the people operating and using their AI systems have sufficient AI literacy. In plain English: your team has to actually understand the tool they're using. What it does, what it can't do, and where it goes wrong.

This clause turns training from a nice-to-have into a duty. Honestly? It should have always been one.
